About The Position

On our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Through discussions and workshops with stakeholders and a wide array of engineering professionals you will identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will present the path forward—and the expected results—to your clients. Requirements

7+ years of experience with strategic communications or project management
7+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or financial or cost analysis
3+ years of experience supporting DoN organizations such as Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Mission Systems
Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Experience working with executive-level clients
Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities and collaborate across multiple client organizations or teams
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Business field

Nice To Haves

Experience with process improvement or strategic planning
Experience with DoW acquisition
Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, or Tableau
Knowledge of DoW systems engineering
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
