As a management analyst on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and a wide array of engineering professionals to identify the elements that work best in their environment and areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with your clients. Requirements

3+ years of experience with strategic communications or project management
3+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or financial or cost analysis field
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Experience working with executive-level clients
Ability to be flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities
Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in DoW, Navy, or Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) mission systems organizations
Experience with process improvement or strategic planning
Experience with DoW Acquisition
Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, or Tableau
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations and teams
Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
