Our client is a long-established MEP specialty contractor with fabrication, construction, and service capabilities across Texas. Their Austin-area Service Division supports industrial and commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repair operations. The Strategic Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for taking the clients' different service offerings to market. This will be a mixture of upselling and maximizing existing customers, and breaking into new revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of some of the following. Commercial HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Industrial, and Mission-Critical Facility Service. A Senior Commercial Service Consultant is primarily responsible for building strong commercial service activity, generating new opportunities, selling maintenance/service agreements, and growing local accounts. Owning larger, more complex relationships. This person should be able to call on hospital systems, industrial facilities, major property groups, mission-critical environments, and multi-site accounts. They need stronger technical credibility, executive presence, longer-cycle sales discipline, and the ability to build account strategy rather than only chase individual opportunities. This position will be a salaried role with generous commission too. OTE $300+
