The Strategic Client Research Manager is responsible for owning and driving client growth, with a clear mandate to expand expert call volume and deepen client engagement quarter over quarter. This is a client-facing role suited for individuals who combine consultative problem-solving with a strong “hunter” mentality. You will proactively identify opportunities, challenge clients to think differently about how they leverage our services, and translate insights into tangible growth. You will partner with a team of Analysts to execute against your strategy, but your primary focus is building, expanding, and retaining high-value client relationships.
