Strategic relationship-building with financial executives, policymakers, and legal and compliance leaders sits at the heart of Solidus’ growth. We are seeking a self-driven, strategic and operationally focused Strategic Business Development Manager to partner closely with our co-founders and leadership in order to strengthen, structure, and maximize the value of Solidus’ most important relationships. This role will work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing and sales to drive alignment and ensure executive-level business development efforts are effectively integrated across our go-to-market strategy. Reporting to Solidus’ Co-founder and Chief External Affairs Officer, this position involves occasional domestic and international travel, along with regular participation in high-stakes meetings across both internal and external stakeholders. As a fast-moving and dynamic company, Solidus values team members who are flexible and willing to step in and support evolving business needs.
