Strategic Business Analyst

Zeus Fire and Security•Paoli, PA

About The Position

The Strategic Business Analyst, Office of the CEO, serves as the analytical engine of the executive office. The role translates questions from the CEO and executive leadership team into analytical work, gathers and reconciles data from inconsistent sources, develops a defensible interpretation, and delivers actionable recommendations. The analyst is expected to take and defend positions, explain uncertainty, and clarify what evidence could change a recommendation. This is not a reporting-only role; it also involves managing discrete CEO-sponsored initiatives and helping maintain operational continuity in the executive office. The position works directly with the CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, and board, with early exposure to financial, acquisition, and strategic materials. It contributes to executive analysis and reporting, cross-functional project management, acquisition diligence and integration, board and executive meeting support, and the development of Zeus's analytics and reporting architecture as its ERP program matures. The posting describes the role as a potential path into finance, corporate development, operations leadership, or a chief of staff track.

  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level PowerPoint materials that stand on their own.
