About The Position

CSL's Internship Program is a 12-week hands-on experience designed to immerse students in the daily innovation and operations of a leading biotechnology company. The program offers a collaborative, global, and purpose-driven environment where students work on meaningful projects that contribute to CSL's mission of saving lives and protecting global health. Participants will experience personal and professional development while building valuable relationships. This specific role is within the Business Analytics team in King of Prussia, PA.

Requirements

• Seeking rising juniors and seniors, currently enrolled as a full-time student, pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of a 4.0 scale)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of US health care and the pharma industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with excel pivot table and SQL programming

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical & data support to all other Strategic analytics operations including Forecasting, Sales analytics & Market insights.
• Under limited supervision respond to ad hoc analytics/data investigations received from Brand, Sales & Healthcare Services teams to address evolving business needs.
• Assist Business Analytics managers to build new processes & create efficiencies to improve existing processes using Excel, Tableau, SQL etc.
• Able to assemble information, structure it and present it to upper management and leadership whenever required.
• Follow strong business acumen, presentable and adhere to all CSL required trainings and ethical requirements.
