About The Position

Infinite Management Solutions (IMS) is looking for an experienced Strategic Agreement & Partnership Manager to oversee partnership agreements and provide strategic solutions focused on enhancing and expanding mission aligned partnerships.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience working with military/defense partnership agreements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or combination of education and equivalent experience with military/defense partnership agreements
  • Must possess and maintain current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I professional certification
  • Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret level clearance, if required

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit knowledge with conferences or other events in support of Client collaborative opportunities
  • Exhibit familiarization with Miami Valley Colleges and Universities key personnel for Client collaborative efforts relative to unmanned aircraft systems policy, procedures, pilot training, regulations, etc.
  • Establish relationships with outside organizations
  • Exhibit knowledge and experience with agreements policy creation and execution
  • Assist assembly of alliance documents
  • Develop, facilitate, and foster strategic Client partnerships to create and build working relationships critical for Client to execute its Science & Technology (S&T) mission
  • Identify S&T Research & Development (R&D) trends
  • Exhibit understanding of academic S&T R&D efforts for potential linkages to Client core technical competencies
  • Engage with key United States Government (USG) agencies that are necessary for the success of Client's mission
  • Complete all aspects of partnership engagement to include all required partnership agreements documentation
  • Engage with senior leaders and SMEs from Client and other USG agencies (e.g., Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), Department of Energy (DOE), etc.) and industry partners
  • Support the analysis of partnership data, form conclusions on strategic value, and advise on courses of action based on that analysis
  • Display an understanding with individual Technical Directorates (TDs)
  • Exhibit knowledge of core technical competencies for each TD
  • Establish relationships with offices within Client portfolio
  • Demonstrate and be able to apply knowledge in the Client's collaboration and partnership process, including alliance agreements structure (e.g., MOA, MOU, Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), etc.)
  • Exhibit knowledge with Air Force Vanguard's and Guiding Lights to support the Commander's vision
  • Establish relationship and be familiar with Client's Outreach Programs
  • Demonstrate an understanding of DoD Budgeting Process to identify S&T Trends, as well as internal budgeting process for purposes of adjusting technological collaborative planning
  • Exhibit an understanding with Client's SkyVision Ground-based Detect and Avoid operations, as well as Beyond Visual Line of Sight efforts, in partnership with the State of Ohio, Ohio Department of Transportation, and Springfield Airport
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of challenges, limitations, progress, and phases for advancement with the FAA
  • Display current knowledge of Client's collaboration and partnership Divisions to include Independent Research & Development (IR&D), International and Domestic Alliance Team)
  • Knowledge of project development and vetting process to support Client colleagues and potential collaborative opportunities, internal structure and military liaisons
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Client's financial management processes
  • Establish connections across core functional teams with Air Force, Army, and Navy in: Academia, Community Partnerships, and Domestic Alliances; IR&D, International, SBOs, SBIR/Small Business Technology Transfer (STIR), and Tech Transfer
  • Exhibit knowledge and apply understanding when engaging with a plethora of USG agencies to ranging from Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), Army Research Lab (ARL), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Dept of Homeland Security (DHS), etc.
