About The Position

The Strategic Advisor, Global Capabilities Services is a senior individual contributor responsible for independently leading complex workstreams within enterprise transformation initiatives. This role combines deep execution expertise with strategic problem solving and operates with a high degree of autonomy within defined program scope. Strategic Advisors are trusted delivery partners to Managers and contribute materially to the success of transformation programs through rigorous execution, stakeholder influence, and insight generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/equivalent required
  • Six (6) years of experience in transformation delivery, project/program management, operations, or strategy execution.
  • Experience supporting GCCs, shared services, or global operating model transformations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influence skills.
  • Must be willing to work with teams in multiple time zones.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead defined workstreams within large‑scale transformation initiatives, translating program strategy into detailed execution plans and deliverables.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and issues within assigned scope across people, process, technology, and readiness dimensions.
  • Support transitions, site activations, and capability build‑outs aligned to the GCS operating model.
  • Lead key components of GCC transition efforts, including readiness planning, knowledge transfer coordination, cut‑over support, and stabilization tracking.
  • Ensure assigned transition activities meet GCS standards, timelines, and budget expectations.
  • Own tracking and analysis of benefits, productivity, efficiency, and cost‑to‑serve metrics for assigned initiatives.
  • Partner with finance and functional teams to validate assumptions and monitor outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards, insights, and recommendations to support governance and leadership decisions.
  • Partner with functional leaders, GCC teams, and enabling functions (HR, IT, Finance, Change) to coordinate execution activities.
  • Prepare and present program updates, insights, and recommendations in governance and leadership forums.
  • Support change enablement activities by ensuring readiness, communications, and adoption plans are executed effectively.
  • Mentor Advisors, providing guidance on execution discipline, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to improvements in methodologies, standards, and playbooks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
