About The Position

The Senior Consultant, Global Capabilities Services supports the execution of enterprise transformation initiatives through structured delivery support, analytics, and coordination. This role contributes to planning, tracking, and execution activities across assigned programs and transitions, building foundational expertise in global capability transformation. Senior Consultants operate with guidance from Strategic Advisors and Managers and are expected to progressively increase autonomy and scope.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent required.
Five (5) years of experience in project support, transformation delivery, operations, consulting, or related fields.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Must be willing to work with teams in multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

Support execution of assigned transformation initiatives by maintaining plans, trackers, deliverables, and documentation.
Execute defined tasks across people, process, technology, and readiness workstreams.
Track risks, dependencies, issues, and action items.
Support GCC transition activities including documentation, knowledge transfer scheduling, readiness tracking, and stabilization reporting.
Assist in tracking Day 1 / Day 30 / Day 90 readiness milestones.
Prepare and maintain program dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics.
Support value‑realization tracking through data collection and basic analysis.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support execution activities.
Assist with development of communications, training materials, and change enablement content.
Prepare materials for program governance and leadership updates.
Apply GCS tools, templates, and methodologies consistently.
Incorporate feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve execution effectiveness.
Perform other duties as assigned.
