About The Position

The Sales Support Specialist serves as a centralized point of contact to commercial leaders and strategic account stakeholders across the business. This role is responsible for providing sales support, contract implementation, and resource coordination to drive business success. The position is a hybrid role located in Germantown, WI. Experience with contracts is highly desired.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years inside sales, customer service or relevant Airgas/industry experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Relevant Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Previous exposure to commercial contract terms and conditions preferred
Prior experience manipulating datasets and analyzing data from multiple sources preferred

Responsibilities

Assist the commercial team in managing customer contracts, coordinating internal communications, and maintaining organized digital files.
Ensure contractual requirements and service commitments align with internal business processes and financial standards.
Partner with subject matter experts to establish implementation timelines and documentation for account rollouts.
Coordinate the transition and ramp-down of migrated or de-marketed strategic accounts.
Manage new account setups, credit reviews, report generation, and the resolution of "order-to-cash" issues.
Provide key stakeholders with timely progress reports and disseminate critical information regarding deliverables.
Identify efficiency gains and document best practices to support strategic account profitability and personal professional growth.
