As a Strategic Account Advisor, you will focus on delivering superior operational, project management, reporting, metric tracking and solutions to Health plan clients. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in client relationship management, financial oversight, and process improvement, while also contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • 5 years of work experience which includes at least 3 years of experience in Healthcare or in an Account Management or Client Services role.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a client facing role within the healthcare industry.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.
  • Strong knowledge of networking within an organization.
  • Skills managing oversight of processes, proven ability to navigate effectively and hold others accountable to delivering on client commitments as well as managing client expectations or changes to committed deliverables.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Nice To Haves

  • PBM experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Execution of client strategies that align with both client goals and organizational objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring that services meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities within client accounts to enhance value and grow the relationship.
  • Manage the financial aspects of client accounts, focusing on maintaining profitability and staying within budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue optimization.
  • Implement and refine client management workflows to ensure efficient service delivery and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements that align with best practices.
  • Ensure that all processes are scalable and can adapt to changing client requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of client accounts, striving to meet or exceed targets and client expectations.
  • Provide regular feedback to the client management team and support junior team members in achieving their performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to address any performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Exceeding client satisfaction score targets.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of networking within an organization.
