Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or sales management with multi-family accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions and develop strategic responses
  • Understanding of marketing, finance, and operations principles
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to emerging business opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans, including market analysis, account strategies, and measurable outcomes
  • Create individual account plans for retention and new business, including product specification recommendations
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate, regional, and divisional leadership, purchasing managers, and construction teams
  • Understand account business drivers and critical measures by collaborating across customer organizations
  • Mobilize internal resources to respond to customer needs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor market trends, distribution patterns, consumer behaviors, competitive practices, and product performance to inform strategy
  • Orchestrate organizational resources to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets
