About The Position

Raylu is the AI-native deal origination platform for private markets. Private market investors live and die by what they can find. The best opportunities are buried in a flood of data, and the funds that surface them first win the deal - the rest read about it in the press. We're building the AI that flips that equation: agents that take an investor from a thesis to a booked founder meeting in minutes, with the depth, sourcing, and factual accuracy that sophisticated investors will actually stake a decision on. Today, 50+ funds representing more than $500B in AUM use Raylu to see more deals, reach more founders, and make sharper decisions.

Requirements

3–5 years managing enterprise customer relationships ideally as a Strategic Accounts Lead, Account Manager, or Relationship Manager
A track record running a meaningful book of business against hard retention and expansion targets and consistently hitting them.
Fluency in private markets, you understand fund structures, how investors source and originate deals, and the language partners speak.
Technical acumen to learn an AI-native product quickly and hold credible, substantive conversations with sophisticated, technical users.
Comfort with ambiguity and a roll-up-your-sleeves instinct because we're early; you'll help define what "great" looks like here, not inherit a finished playbook.
Exceptional communication and executive presence across a wide range of stakeholders.

Partner directly with the world's leading private-market investors to make Raylu mission-critical to how they source and win deals.
Carry the voice of your customers into the product team, so the roadmap is shaped by what will move the needle most for the people who actually use Raylu.
