Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team in Telco partners with Canada’s communications providers to lead their industry’s AI transformation. We envision new possibilities with our customers - modernizing networks, reinventing customer and subscriber experiences, and turning data into new sources of growth - delivering targeted business outcomes while driving revenue and market leadership for Microsoft. As a Strategic Account Technology Strategist, you will serve as the trusted technology advisor - in effect, a virtual CTO—to the technology leadership of your telecommunications accounts. You will design and drive leading-edge initiatives in deep partnership with your customers’ CTOs, CTIOs, and Chief Network and AI Officers, aligning Microsoft’s platform to their most ambitious business and engineering priorities while advancing Microsoft’s objectives. Paired with a Strategic Account Executive and orchestrating a large, multi-functional v-team across the breadth of the Microsoft Cloud and the Microsoft partner ecosystem, you will grow your network of technology executives and bring industry-relevant, AI-first solutions to market. Drawing on a proven record of architecting solutions that deliver business outcomes and account growth, you will combine deep telecommunications expertise with cutting-edge knowledge of AI, data, and security to accelerate your customers’ transformation and to become their most trusted technology advisor.
