Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Blending big-picture thinking with hands-on campaign setup
  • Own the process for standard campaigns for low-to-mid complexity level clients, from exploration and strategizing to execution and optimization, while collaborating with senior decision-makers on larger initiatives.
  • Confident communicator who can comfortably lead strategy talks with clients and internal teams
  • Keeping a sharp eye on project details like scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and energized by turning data into clear next steps

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present comprehensive, data-driven paid media plans, defining channels, targeting, budget allocations, and tactical rationale in alignment with client business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market, audience, and competitor research to uncover key insights that inform media plans, audits, and strategic optimizations.
  • Hands-on experience independently building, managing, and optimizing campaigns directly within core ad platforms such as Google Ads, Paid Social (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and Programmatic networks.
  • Lead client performance calls, delivering presentable insights and tactical recommendations to stakeholders for reports, business reviews, and annual planning roadmaps.
  • Support new client onboarding and facilitate workshops to develop media solutions, coordinate platform access, and perform initial account audits for quick wins.
  • Own the development, configuration, and in-platform deployment of multiple paid media campaigns. Build custom audiences, tracking events, and integrate third-party data sources.
  • Proactively manage campaign delivery, including day-to-day monitoring, budget pacing, technical troubleshooting, and making dynamic adjustments to settings (budgets, bids, creative, copy) to maintain performance.
  • Analyze performance to identify and implement actionable improvements that increase KPI effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA), verifying technical accuracy and alignment with strategic intent.
  • Engage with media vendors to evaluate their strategic offerings and manage communications for active campaigns.
  • Lead lower-mid level complexity projects, working in meetings to collaboratively develop strategies and implementation plans with cross-functional teams.
