About The Position

The Strategic Account Rental Coordinator's primary responsibility is customer relations with a group of designated accounts and fellow sales representatives. This role assists with the full rental and sale cycle, fleet management, and providing excellent customer service.

Must have a valid California driver’s license and a clean DMV driving report.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years’ construction equipment sales and rental experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Take calls and requests for rental equipment on behalf of designated accounts.
Coordinate and track designated accounts daily equipment pickups and returns, coordinating loop deliveries with dispatching.
Run reservation, delinquent and other reports to monitor designated accounts' equipment availability and facilitate smooth operations.
Coordinate efforts with branch staff, dispatch, and outside salesperson to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for timely charge back of rental fleet recovery charges and tire repairs for designated accounts.
Expected to be highly proficient in using all software pertaining to rental operations including: Telogis, Vision Link, Texada, I Rental, Outlook, Inspct, Solartrak and others, as well as simple understanding of the MS Office Suite products.
Grow existing rental business by establishing strong relations with designated customer base.
Utilize jobsite forms and/or customer processes to accurately complete rental agreements.
Ensure all contracts are efficiently executed completely and accurately.
Other duties as assigned.
