We are seeking a strategic, client-focused Strategic Account Project Manager to drive long-term growth, retention, and value across our highest profile accounts. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to clients translating business objectives into impactful custom branded solutions. You’ll lead complex programs from concept through delivery, collaborating cross-functionally to execute creative campaigns involving promotional products, print, and branded apparel. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or apparel industry
  • Experience with ASI or promotional products industry
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to manage both big-picture and detail-oriented work
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment with digital organization tracking
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and inform decisions
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Digital proficiency for efficiency and productivity enhancement
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and pricing structures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership
  • Collaborative team player with leadership capabilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with genuine empathy for client success

Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy & Growth Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue and retention
  • Identify growth opportunities aligned with client goals and market trends
  • Delivering value-driven solutions that enhance client outcomes
  • Program & Project Leadership Lead end-to-end execution of client programs from concept through delivery
  • Translate client needs into creative campaigns, product recommendations, and presentations
  • Develop clear internal briefs outlining goals, timelines, and success metrics
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization
  • Collaboration & Leadership Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Act as a player-coach, supporting and guiding team members
  • Facilitate internal meetings with clear agendas and actionable follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Operations & Execution Oversee sourcing solutions (domestic and international)
  • Monitor project workflows, timelines, and budgets
  • Review pricing strategies and client-facing proposals to ensure profitability
  • Track projects from discovery through delivery using internal systems
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and vendors on status updates
  • Review invoices and order acknowledgments for accuracy
  • Risk & Performance Management Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions
  • Ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule
  • Support profitability goals while delivering client value
  • Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and best practices
