About The Position

The Strategic Account Manager owns Carda’s most important client relationships after contracts are signed and serves as the executive-facing lead for a portfolio of Health Plans. The role is accountable for demonstrating Carda’s value, delivering against contract expectations, and growing partner relationships and revenue. It uses data from internal databases and reporting tools to develop clear value narratives and aggregate outcome summaries for client executives, working closely with Clinical, Operations, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Sales. It also represents the payer partner’s needs internally, coordinates new initiative implementations, and keeps account records, health scores, and renewal dates current. The position reports to the Head of Enterprise Sales and focuses on Health Plans. It is remote, with travel to client sites.
