About The Position

Lightspeed is seeking an experienced, strategically thinking Key Account Manager (m/f/x) to develop, engage, and closely support our most important enterprise customers in the hospitality segment for the long term. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for our largest hospitality clients in the DACH region. You will be responsible for growth, product usage, and stakeholder management within your portfolio, with the goal of building true business partnerships. You will leverage data, feedback, and your SaaS expertise to create enterprise-level value.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, Product Adoption, Expansion, Renewals, Churn) and their use in portfolio management.
  • Strong sense of ownership, hands-on approach, data-driven, and excellent relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing multi-level stakeholder structures and navigating confidently between C-level, Ops, and Tech.
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the hospitality, POS, or hospitality tech industry is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for our largest and most important customers in the hospitality industry.
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and product adoption.
  • Proactively work on product adoption and ensure Net Revenue Retention (NRR) increases within your portfolio.
  • Plan and conduct quarterly business reviews and success plans.
  • Analyze usage data, go-live milestones, and health scores to identify and address risks early on.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders, aiming to establish Lightspeed as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support to ensure an excellent customer experience.
