The Strategic Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment, performance optimization, and a high-quality partner experience. This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, strengthening partner relationships, and driving sustainable revenue through collaboration, insight, and execution. This role is also responsible for identifying, developing, and introducing new strategic partner relationships, including API partnership opportunities, while coordinating cross-functional efforts to support implementation readiness and long-term revenue growth.
