About The Position
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a high-impact Strategic Account Manager to drive growth in the equipment rental industry. Requirements
- 4+ years of sales management or strategic account experience
- Proven ability to grow accounts and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Strong knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, and jobsite needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows-based systems
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong business acumen

- Related experience: District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Sales Director, Account Manager, or Store Manager
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share across key strategic accounts
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with high-value customers and major job sites
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new customers into Sunbelt’s corporate account program
- Optimize account performance and improve efficiency within corporate account operations
- Partner cross-functionally to execute Sunbelt’s regional and national sales strategies
- Act as a mentor and liaison across the sales organization, supporting alignment and execution
