Accountable for end-to-end ownership and execution of assigned enterprise accounts, including business development support, contract negotiation, implementation, and ongoing account management. Partners with Director, Enterprise Growth & Strategic Accounts to execute account strategies that drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. Leads day-to-day management and performance of assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to expand relationships, optimize contract performance, and increase market share within defined accounts. Supports the development and execution of strategic account plans aligned to client objectives and broader business goals. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver integrated solutions and ensure successful contract execution and service delivery across a diverse portfolio of offerings.
