The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to the firm’s largest and most sophisticated Corporate clients across all Fiserv assets and lines of business. As the primary day-to-day contact for these clients, the SAM ensures seamless, high-quality service and support. This role also involves strategic thinking to assist Sales/Account Executives in growing existing client relationships, achieving revenue growth goals, and retaining business. Key areas of focus include Relationship Management, Client Retention, and Client Development.
