About The Position

DeRoyal is seeking a Nashville-based Strategic Account Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic accounts utilizing our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) products. This role works closely with physicians, discharge planners, supply chain teams, and internal partners to support patient care, ensure complete billing documentation, and manage on-site inventory to meet established service standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Brightree experience preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison for assigned strategic accounts using DME products
Consult with physicians, discharge planners, and referral sources on appropriate products and equipment
Collect and manage required patient documentation for accurate and timely billing
Manage and stock on-site consignment inventory to ensure appropriate service levels
Monitor and optimize inventory par levels based on usage trends
Coordinate with supply chain teams to improve shipping, delivery, and reduce product loss
Deliver DME products directly to patient rooms as needed
Provide patient and staff education on DME equipment and technology
Collaborate with Sales, DME, Continuum, and Billing teams to resolve on-site issues
Develop strategic relationships to support business growth and patient care
Participate in on-call coverage as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
