As a Strategic Account Executive, you will do more than sell software; you will help customers realize the measurable impact of relationship intelligence by unlocking revenue growth, improving retention, and expanding influence through meaningful human connection. In this role, you will drive Introhive’s growth across North America by developing and expanding strategic enterprise partnerships. You will execute a focused territory plan to generate net new business while deepening relationships within existing accounts. Reporting to the Vice President of North American Sales, you will engage senior decision makers, lead complex sales cycles, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout a consultative, value driven buying journey.

Requirements

  • Ability to drive net new business and expansion revenue across strategic enterprise accounts in North America
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed annual revenue targets
  • Ability to develop, execute, and continuously refine a strategic territory plan
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships to support pipeline growth and retention
  • Ability to lead consultative, solution-focused discovery conversations aligned to customer strategy
  • Ability to develop compelling business cases and clearly quantify ROI
  • Ability to maintain forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to progress opportunities
  • Ability to partner with Marketing on digital campaigns and account-based initiatives to generate high-quality pipeline
  • Ability to represent Introhive through webinars, virtual events, industry presentations, and regional engagements
  • Willingness to travel as needed for in-person meetings and events
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales preferred; extensive experience in other complex sales environments will be considered
  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise relationship management functions
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and supporting systems
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through partners, existing relationships, and regional networks
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Passion for business development, marketing, and relationship building
  • Positive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to deliver outcomes

  • Experience in vertical-specific selling (e.g., professional services, legal, financial services)

Responsibilities

  • Drive Introhive’s growth across North America by developing and expanding strategic enterprise partnerships
  • Execute a focused territory plan to generate net new business while deepening relationships within existing accounts
  • Engage senior decision makers, lead complex sales cycles, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout a consultative, value driven buying journey
  • Help acquire new business and incremental revenue via clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Build, plan, and execute a regional/territory or industry vertical business plan
  • Present, pitch, and run product demonstrations as required
  • Self-generate client and partner opportunities
  • Work closely with pre-sales, lead generation, inside sales, and commercial sales teams within North America
  • Work closely with marketing to enable digital, account-based marketing (ABM) and cold sales leads (SQL's) for the region
  • Research customers and uncover potential new business and opportunities
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track and manage all pertinent information related to leads and opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product features
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the Introhive platform
  • Where needed, host online presentations and product demonstrations
  • Occasional travel
