We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join our growing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team. In this role, you will lead complex, high-value software sales into the world’s largest corporations. You will engage Fortune 1000 stakeholders to drive transformative CSR initiatives—helping organizations enhance their social impact through cutting-edge grants management and employee engagement solutions. Requirements

  • 10+ years of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on selling to Fortune 1000 clients.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding $1.5M+ ARR quotas annually in complex sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build relationships at the VP and C-suite levels.
  • Experience selling CSR, grants management, or employee engagement solutions is a must.
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to selling and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver $1.5M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through new business acquisition.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including territory planning, opportunity qualification, RFP coordination, and proposal development.
  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans in collaboration with Marketing, ABX, BDRs, and Sales Engineering teams.
  • Evangelize our CSR-focused solutions to senior decision-makers in corporate responsibility and human resources.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive seamless deal execution.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecast reliability, and adherence to sales process best practices using tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
