About The Position

Unlimited Restoration, Inc. is seeking an experienced business-development professional from an adjacent facility or property service industry. This role focuses on leveraging existing relationships with facility and property decision-makers to identify opportunities in preparedness, capital improvement, and restoration. Success in this role relies heavily on the strength of the candidate's network, consultative selling abilities, and their capacity to apply existing experience to a new, related service category. The position is hands-on and requires an in-market presence, with a significant portion of time spent traveling and meeting clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered in place of a degree.
  • 7+ years of business-development or sales experience in an adjacent facility or property service industry.
  • Proven consultative selling ability and technical credibility with facility and property professionals.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence to lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Must currently reside within one of the listed territories (Greater Orlando; Greater Philadelphia, including Central/Southern New Jersey or Northern Delaware; or Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia).
  • Willingness to work extended/irregular hours, respond to emergencies, and travel regularly within your market.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Confident, executive-level presence; builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong learning agility - able to apply existing relationships and sales skill to a new service category.
  • Equally effective meeting clients in person and working behind a desk.
  • Strong computer literacy and CRM fluency.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; manages a full pipeline independently.
  • Sound judgment and steady decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing network to open doors for URI, particularly within higher-education, healthcare, industrial, and large commercial organizations.
  • Understand a prospect's operational and property risks, and position URI's capabilities as part of the solution.
  • Identify additional decision-makers within network organizations who influence property, facilities, or risk decisions.
  • Regularly meet clients and prospects on-site and attend industry events.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage leads within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to translate relationships into qualified opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Represent Unlimited Restoration in the local business, facilities, and property management community.
  • Partner with operations on communications, relationship management, and account support.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
