Decagon is hiring a Strategic Account Director, Healthcare to open and own one of the largest, most strategic verticals in our company. You will be the first dedicated healthcare seller on the team, reporting to the VP of Sales, and you will define how Decagon wins inside the US Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences markets. This is a builder role. You will be signing foundational relationships with the largest healthcare buyers in the country: the top US health plans, the largest integrated delivery networks and academic medical centers, and leading Life Sciences companies. You will not be inheriting a playbook — you will be writing it. You'll partner directly with the business vertical leadership, our deployment strategists, product, and engineering to shape Decagon's healthcare-specific product, trust, safety, and compliance posture, and you'll set the standard for the healthcare sellers who follow you. Decagon is a fully in-person company based in our San Francisco office.
