Supports Food and Beverage department in ensuring all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc. are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications. Must assemble and disassemble kitchen equipment and clean. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health. Must be able to obtain all required work cards. Possess attention to detail and a working knowledge of Soaps, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.
