About The Position

Triangle Pond Management is hiring full-time Stormwater Repair Crew Members to join their team across North Carolina. This role is for individuals who thrive outdoors, enjoy hands-on work, and want a role where their effort truly matters in shaping a cleaner, safer environment. The position involves reviewing scopes of work with a crew leader and performing tasks such as grading, excavation, erosion control, pipe installation, turf establishment, mowing, planting, and invasive plant removal. Crew members will also operate and maintain tools and equipment safely to help restore and protect North Carolina's waterways.

Requirements

• Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry
• Experience using landscaping equipment such as mowers and hand tools
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working on steep slopes, around water, and wildlife
• Excellent time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test

Nice To Haves

• A valid driver's license is preferred
