About The Position
BGE, Inc. is seeking a Stormwater, Municipal & Utilities Engineering Project Manager for Public Works in Tampa, FL. This role involves the delivery of a wide range of municipal public infrastructure projects including water, stormwater, wastewater, and drainage systems. Responsibilities include planning and designing water and wastewater systems, including modeling, pipeline, lift stations, and treatment facilities, as well as the design and analysis of drainage and stormwater systems. The Project Manager will independently perform engineering assignments for municipal, residential, and commercial developments, including regulatory permitting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Registered PE in FL required
- Previous project management experience
- 5+ years of experience in public works/municipal engineering environment with water, sewer, and drainage projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D
Nice To Haves
- Wastewater treatment design experience
- Community Development District (CDD) experience
