About The Position

If you're a student looking to gain experience in Civil Engineering, consider DRMP. Internships can last anywhere from 3 months to 24 months - depending on mutual interest and availability. Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors of Science degree program in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing stormwater infrastructure such as detention/retention basins, storm sewers, and green infrastructure solutions.
Assist with site assessments and data collection for Stormwater management projects.
Conduct basic engineering calculations and analyses under supervision.
Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, reports, specifications, and cost estimates for stormwater projects and presentations.
Learn and apply regulatory requirements related to Stormwater management.
