About The Position

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is ready to contribute with both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support impactful stormwater projects focused on drainage design, flood mitigation, and water quality improvements. You'll collaborate with municipalities, clients, and internal teams to help solve complex challenges related to watershed management and regulatory compliance, while continuing to grow your skills and learn from experienced mentors. This opportunity is a hybrid role based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other applicable field
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 6+ years of professional experience in engineering, including project-related tasks
• Demonstrated experience supporting project delivery, contracts, budgets, forecasting and schedules.
• Proven independent design, task management and mentoring ability
• Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related technical software; Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking
