About The Position

Proclaim Roofing is seeking 3-5 hungry, independent Storm Restoration Representatives to cover neighborhoods in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a boots-on-the-ground, roll-up-your-sleeves sales role focused on storm restoration projects. The company has experienced significant growth and is on pace to exceed $100M in 2025. This position offers the opportunity to control your own paycheck, work outdoors, and earn significant commissions.

Requirements

Grit; not afraid of "no," ladders, or Texas heat.
Reliable truck/SUV and a smartphone that takes good photos/video.
Competitive spirit.
Clean background and valid DL.

Sales or canvassing experience (roofing, solar, pest, remodel, car sales, etc.)

Responsibilities

Run your own schedule with no micromanagers or required office time.
Knock doors, climb roofs, and inspect homes after hail and wind storms.
Help homeowners get new roofs paid for by their insurance company.
Self-generate leads and run company-provided leads in storm-affected areas.
Close restoration agreements on the spot and collect checks.
Inspect and document homes for storm damage.
Meet directly with homeowners after inspections.
Educate homeowners on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements.
