Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial cleaning and/or restoration industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for Client prospects.
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial cleaning and commercial & residential restoration industry.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (property manager, realtors, insurance brokers etc.) and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with President to prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
