No roofing experience? No problem. We provide paid training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Valid driver's license and a pick-up truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)
- No experience required—we hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
- Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
- Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
- Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory
