About The Position

Our dealership is looking for a high-energy Powersports Sales Representative to join our crew. This isn’t your average sales job — you’ll spend your day around bikes, ATVs, and side-by-sides, helping fellow riders find their dream machines. Competitive, performance-based compensation with typical annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000. If you’ve got sales skills, great people skills, and love the powersports lifestyle, we want you on our team!

Requirements

• Prior sales or dealership experience a plus (but not required)
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to hustle

Responsibilities

• Hanging out with riders and helping them pick their next adventure machine
• Answering questions about bikes, specs, gear, and financing (basically, talking shop all day)
• Building long-term relationships with customers who share your passion
• Using our CRM tools to stay connected with leads and past buyers
• Negotiating deals and celebrating with customers when they roll out on their new ride
