About The Position

Every job that comes through our shop starts in the storeroom. Accurate job write-ups give our technicians the information they need to get started, while an organized storeroom keeps the parts and materials they need within reach throughout the repair process. In this role, you'll help keep jobs moving from the moment they arrive through completion by making sure information is clear, inventory is accurate, and our technicians have what they need to do their jobs.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Working knowledge of inventory procedures
• Basic computer proficiency
• Solid communication skills
• Legible handwriting
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Ability to independently complete high-quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Write up incoming jobs
• Enter job information into our system
• Keep the storeroom organized and inventory accurate
• Receiving and distributing parts and materials
• Assisting technicians with storeroom needs throughout the repair process
• Performing inventory counts
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Helping with customer pickups and deliveries
• Answering after-hours customer calls
• Completing basic warehouse and facility tasks
• Following all required safety procedures
