About The Position

Requirements

Minimum 1 year warehouse or materials handling experience
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation and a track record of good attendance
Strong attention to detail with a positive, proactive attitude
Forklift experience (LI Sit Down and/or 3 Way Narrow Aisle)
Ability to participate in company-arranged training

Nice To Haves

SAP system experience
Inventory control knowledge
Swing reach equipment operation

Responsibilities

Inspect and receive incoming shipments, verifying items against supplier packing lists
Execute material handling, storing, picking, packing, and issuing inventory as per company standards
Maintain accurate records and complete cycle counting and inventory control tasks
Ensure outgoing items are packed properly with complete documentation
Optimize warehouse bin locations to improve efficiency and safety
Uphold a high standard of housekeeping in all warehouse and shipping/receiving areas
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (after company-provided training/certification)
Assist with kitting, Kanban replenishment, and support materials management initiatives
Resolve warehouse and inventory issues in collaboration with supervisors
Adhere to all company QHSE and personnel policies
