About The Position

The Store Warehouse Associate shares responsibility for warehouse operations, including receiving and processing merchandise, replenishing the sales floor accurately and on time, controlling expenses and shortages, and assisting management with recruiting and training Warehouse Associates. The role requires effective communication, organization, time management, and the ability to follow operational policies and complete assigned tasks. Associates work as part of the warehouse team, follow the warehouse dress code, and remain flexible to work rotating hours assigned by management.

Requirements

• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Be flexible to work rotating hours as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise accurately according to store-generated pull sheets.
• Receive and process shipments, including shipping, third-party deliveries, and transfers.
• Assist with recruiting and training Warehouse Associates.
• Develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain a professional image and follow the warehouse dress code policy.
• Work as a member of the warehouse team to accomplish established goals.
• Communicate concerns to management and support company and management decisions.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.
• Maintain productivity in shipment processing, inventory counting, and price change activities.
• Take direction and complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
