About The Position
The Store Warehouse Associate shares responsibility for warehouse operations, including receiving and processing merchandise, accurately and promptly replenishing the sales floor, controlling expenses and shortages, and assisting management with recruiting and training Warehouse Associates. The role supports shipment processing, inventory counting, price changes, and other operational tasks while following company procedures and contributing to team goals. Associates must be flexible to work rotating hours assigned by management.
Requirements
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain a professional image and comply with the warehouse dress code policy.

Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise accurately according to store-generated pull sheets to maximize sales volume.
- Receive and process shipments, including shipping, third-party deliveries, and transfers.
- Assist management with recruiting and training Warehouse Associates.
- Develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain a professional image and follow the warehouse dress code policy.
- Work as part of the warehouse team to accomplish established goals.
- Communicate concerns to management and support company and management decisions.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.
- Maintain productivity in shipment processing, inventory counting, and price change activities.
- Take direction and complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
