About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to provide friendly, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced store environment. Team Members welcome customers, prepare food and beverages to customers’ specifications, handle checkout transactions, and help maintain and stock the store. The role involves working collaboratively with the team and adapting to changing needs. The posting notes an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. It also describes opportunities to build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service and to grow within Sheetz.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
