About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a full-time Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Team Members work together to provide customers with a welcoming experience and hospitality throughout their visit. The role includes customer service, food and beverage preparation, checkout, and maintaining and stocking store areas. The listed starting rate is $14.00 per hour. Team Members working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour. Full-time Team Members are required to work four weekend days per month. The shift needed is mornings. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare quality food and beverages to customers’ exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Keep products stocked throughout the store.
Work with the team to engage customers and provide hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience.
