About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role helps create a welcoming customer experience by providing hospitality and serving quality food and beverages safely, quickly, and in a friendly manner. The supervisor mentors and coaches team members, oversees product ordering and merchandising, and helps keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The posting notes an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
