About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, helping the store team deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, overseeing merchandise availability and presentation, and maintaining clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. The starting rate is $17.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is evenings.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications, safely, quickly, and courteously.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
Lead by example with high energy and a strong team mentality, engaging customers through hospitality.
