About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced team environment, engaging customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience. The role involves sales, food preparation, customer service, and other aspects of store operations, with opportunities to grow skills and pursue a career within Sheetz. The stated starting rate is $15.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is overnight.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
