About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, sales, food preparation, and customer service. Team members work with colleagues to serve customers, prepare food and beverages to their specifications, handle checkout transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and replenish merchandise. The position offers opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas of the store and grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Able to multitask.
- Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock products throughout the store.
