About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with a high-energy, team-oriented approach and helping provide customers with a friendly, hospitable experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and merchandising, and keeping the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position is an overnight shift, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The starting rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Be able to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Be able to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications, safely, quickly, and courteously.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Lead by example and help the team deliver a hospitable customer experience.
