About The Position

Common Man Roadside Market and Deli is hiring Supervisors for their South Willow Street store in Manchester. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations in a fun, fast-paced environment for a New Hampshire company. The position offers flexible hours, full-time or part-time options, and training for the right individuals.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail environment
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B and ServSafe
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach
• Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Overseeing staff and training employees
• Customer service and resolution of customer issues
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer, monitoring cash over/shortage, inventory control
• Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Maintaining positive vendor relationships
• General upkeep and appearance of the store and grounds
• Food safety, sanitation, and quality
